Delightful 4 bedroom waterfront cottage on Hawks Nest Private Beach. Walk into Long Island Sound for a swim, play tennis, daily organized children's activities, dinner on the deck under the stars with the waves lapping or on the large screened in front porch. Drive 25 minutes to Mystic or casino.
The cottage has been rented for years by 7 different families.
This explains the only occasional vacancy.

The space

Beach decorated. Access to fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats 8, 4 double beds with coverage ,pillows and a bureau. Screened front porch with table and chairs, couch and chairs. Deck with dining table, chairs and large umbrella. Outside shower room and a small one inside. Charcoal Weber grill

There is also cable TV,DVD player, secured WiFi, free local and long distance calls, radio with CD player, microwave, coffee maker, blender along with dishes, glasses including wine and cocktail, large refrigerator.

Other things to note

Tennis court fees and daily children's activities are paid for. Small fee for Movie on the Beach night. The beach store is diagonally across the beach road.
