My accommodation is close to activities for the family. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, the location, the people, the atmosphere and outer space. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets).

The space

In this residence there are several apartments and it's composed of 6 studio apartments, 6 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedrooms apartment (1 completely renovated with all comforts). 

Each flat has:

• Local products and beverages provided at check-in.
• Essentials with sheets and towels provided (read more on Other things to note)
• FREE WI-FI.
• 1 safe free of charge.
• 1 TV connected to satellite antenna.
• 1 numbered parking place.
• AIR CONDITIONING.

The residence has:

• an elevator,
• Large fenced shared garden to play outdoors safely.
• A shared washer.
• Heating and garage on request requires an extra fee. 

Here's what you can do in your vacation in this apartment in a residence surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area:

• Go to the sandy beach within walking distance
• Shop in the center of the town of Lignano Riviera, where there are supermarkets, different shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
• Visit beautiful places in nature, such as the Riviera Park -20.000 sq m greenery, snack bar suspended adventure trail in the trees and animation.
• Make sports, 1.5 km from Golf Club Lignano
• Make an authentic local experience.

Guest access

DEPOSIT IS NOT REQUESTED IN AIRBNB (credit card or € 150 cash deposit is required on check in as security of room and room bills)

Interaction with guests

Contact Elio and Linn, by email, phone and chat for any help in different languages (English, Italian, Norwegian and French) and for emergency.

In this building you will meet the front desk staff in a different location, that will help you with everything for your holiday (transfer, excursions, meals and more). Contact them by email, phone and on person.

As a guest, you have all the privacy an apartment has to offer, so please make yourself at home.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT (in some period min stay or extra charge may apply). In this residence there are several apartments very similar with just minor changes so we can not guarantee the apartment number only the category, the number of bedrooms, location, amenities. Also the pictures are representative of the category of apartment.

• Cleaning liquids are not included in our rate.
• Essentials like Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper might by supplied by Mondosol or you will be refunded. In that case, you can rent Towels and bed sheets in our office 1€ per piece per day.
• Iron, Hair dryer and Hangers are available on demand in our office and subject to availability.
• Tourist tax to be paid at check in is €0.50 per day per adult.
• All children are welcome. Free! Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds or children's cots/cribs. 
• Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply.
• From 20 September to 20 May electricity and heating will be charged extra (about 10€ per day) according to consumption.
