Holiday House with 3 floors, nice view, private veranda and terraces with shared pool in the complex. Located in Aprilia Marittima, a very nice and quiet complex on the seafront, on a Cape jutting out over the sea.

Offering full laguna view from its large, really nice terrace with barbecue, garden table and chairs.
Living room with TV, coffee table, sofa and chairs.
A great big kitchen, including gas cooking stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, utensils/pots & pans for cooking.
It features air conditioning (on every floor a part the second one that has a ventilator), Safety box, Satellite TV and free WiFi.

Here is what you can do in your holiday:

- Go to the beach just 1.2 km
- Do some shopping in the city center just 1.4 km or in the area surrounded by different restaurants, tennis courts, a supermarket and a bar.
- Visit beautiful places in the nature surrounded by pine forests and green meadows.
- Practice many sports such as golf, sailing, water-skiing. Almost behind the house, there is a really nice walk way good for cycling, skating, running or walking around sea.
- Have an authentic local experience.

This property very clean, spacious and for a group of 7 people, has been built in the '90s and completely renovated in 2013. It's in great condition with modern and antique furniture. Very quiet and calm neighborhood.

In Terrazza Mare you can find more than 1000 bicycles for adults and children ( with child's seat). A FREE ride for all day long. Make sure you give back the bicycle before 19.

Enjoy the beach

Our guests can spend their day on the wonderful beach of Lignano Riviera with its fine golden sand. If you want you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas (from 9,30 to 15,60€) that will provide comfort and shade when the temperature starts rising.
